Scottish Borders commits to transformation of children's services PDF Print
Scottish Borders Council has approved recommendations that will transform the way it delivers services to children and young people, and their families. Among the 133 recommendations are the establishment of a new integrated Additional Needs Service which will bring together social work and education additional needs teams. New issue of the Customer First newsletter available PDF Print
The December 2008 issue of the Customer First newsletter is now available to download. The newsletter contains updates on all the Customer First projects including National CRM, Customer Service Professional Qualifications, National Gazetteer and OneScotland, National Infrastructure, Citizen Account, and the National Personal License Database. It also showcases Customer First in action across Scotland. Highlights include the first Higher Education - Further Education Entitlement Card, e-money services in Dundee and case studies from the Highland, Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire Councils.
