Alexandra is currently seconded from the IS Corporate team to the Shared Services team as the Project Manager for the Pensions Pathfinder Project. The project seeks to identify opportunities for the improved management and rationalisation of the Local Government Pensions Scheme in Scotland. Current work is focused on modelling options for a merged or pooled investment fund structure with a revised pensions administration management solution.
Alexandra also provides a range of project management support to the Shared Services team including risk management and expertise in project control methods.
In addition, Alexandra undertakes corporate-wide performance management reporting for the IS Board and Audit Committee.
