Carri is working with the Improvement Service's Customer First team to implement the Customer Satisfaction and Experience Measurement project. The project aims to deliver a common standard for customer satisfaction and experience measurement of local government services, and build capacity and share best practice in the field of customer satisfaction and experience measurement.
Carri is currently on secondment to the Improvement Service from Scottish Enterprise, where she has worked since 2001 on employee, customer and stakeholder research activities.
