Craig provides project support across the full range of Customer First projects and programmes. This includes:
* Organisation of various Customer First Board meetings and events e.g. National CRM Board, National Infrastructure Board;
* Responsibility for editing and publishing the regular Customer First newsletter to stakeholders in Scotland;
* Development and ongoing maintenance of a Customer First reporting matrix to track project status by council;
* Using Communities of Practice to meet the needs of the Customer First community in terms of communication, building relationships and sharing ideas/ best practice.
