Hilary is the National CRM Project Manager for the Improvement Service supporting the development and deployment of operational CRM across organisational boundaries.
Hilary has also worked as a Landscaping Project Manager after taking a year out to successfully study Landscape Design & Construction. Prior to that she spent six years with SAIC where she managed Technical teams delivering Operational Support to end customers after as spell as a Business Development Executive. Previously she worked for 14 years with Scottish & Newcastle in a range of roles covering the areas of Project Management, Internal Audit and Data Management.
