Jane is responsible for managing the Public Sector Improvement Framework implementation in all participating organisations with a view to ensuring that leading practice and knowledge is shared between officers with a view to supporting continuous improvement.
Prior to this role, Jane was a key member of the Shared Services Diagnostic Team within the Improvement Service. She has over 10 years experience in local government - working with West Lothian Council from 2003 to 2007 using the PSIF in its original form amongst service delivery teams and with Aberdeen City Council from 1998 to 2003 in a performance improvement team within the Finance Department.
Jane graduated from the University of St Andrews in 1996 with a MA Hons in English Language and Literature and is an EFQM Accredited Assessor and IiP Internal Reviewer.
