Karen Williamson, Customer First - Graduate Support Assistant

Karen graduated from Napier University in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Animal Biology.  She then worked as a Cash Office Team Leader at Tesco and a Vehicle Administrator at Mercedes-Benz of Edinburgh before returning to university in 2009.  She graduated from University of Strathclyde in 2010 with MSc Environmental Health.

She recently joined the Improvement Service as a Graduate Assistant in the Customer First team and will be providing a range of support to councils, and across the Programme, on specific products and services, such as the Customer Satisfaction Measurement Tool and aspects of the Customer Service Professional Qualification.
