In her role as Head of Organisational Development and Capacity Building, Kate helps councils identify, develop and gain access to planned interventions and expertise to help develop organisational and employee capacity. This includes organising organisational development programmes, supporting communities of practice, promoting skills development programmes, sponsoring leadership development, and commissioning and procuring learning and development.
