Konrad works as a Research Officer at the Improvement Service providing analytical support to a range of projects across the company.
Konrad used to work as a Research Assistant at the Robert Gordon University, where he carried out research on topics such as health inequalities, migration and ethnicity. Konrad has a keen interest in the application of quantitative methods and mixed methodologies in local governance. He joined the Improvement Service in March 2011 as a Graduate Assistant and progressed to the position of a Research Officer in October 2011.
Konrad has a First Class BA(Hons) in Applied Social Sciences from the Robert Gordon University and MRes in Political Research from the University of Aberdeen.
