As a Senior Project Manager in the IS, Lesley has been involved in both the Workforce Planning Programme, and the Planning Development Programme. She is currently responsible for workforce development, managing the MSc in Public Sector Leadership (PSL) and the Access to learning (A2L) electronic platform.
Lesley has over 20 years experience in the private sector in a variety of broad ranging roles, from Assistant Company Secretary to Business Planning Manager, working in both the electronics and building industries. Since moving to the public sector, she has experience in the both Education and Organisational Development.
Lesley is currently on secondment from West Lothian Council
