Louise is responsible for writing, editing and publishing content for the IS website and produces the monthly e-newsletter. She also authorises publication of content submitted by external users.
Prior to joining the Improvement Service, Louise was a freelance journalist. She produced a regular e-business column for The Herald and was a technology writer for the Daily Record and Scottish Business Insider.
Before that she was Publishing Manager at an Edinburgh-based publishing company where she managed newsletters, magazines and websites for clients such as National Australia Bank, NatWest, HBOS, Scottish Enterprise and City of Edinburgh Council.
