As Shared Services Director, Paul is accountable to the National Shared Services Board and the Scottish Government for the delivery of the overall shared services programme. This role includes advising on strategy and implementation for shared services in local government and building relationships with senior stakeholders and national organizations.
Paul joined the Improvement Service from the Environment Agency and National Rivers Authority, where he had leadership roles in programme and project management, business planning, change management and IT service management.
