She joined the IS in 2010 as a graduate support assistant, working with the Customer First programme primarily on the Customer Service Measurement Tool (CSMT). She also worked on an Inclusive Communication project within the Scottish Government Equality Unit.
Tallulah graduated from the University of Edinburgh with History MA (Hons) in 2009.
