Tina Mclelland joins as a Project Manager, where her specific and immediate focus will be two -fold: firstly, on strengthening the project management and co-ordination for the implementation of Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM) in the early adopter councils and, secondly, on supporting the continuing roll out of an already established product – tellmescotland - the online portal for publishing statutory and non-statutory public notices.
Tina has extensive project management experience working for large medical research companies (GSK and Quintiles), The Robert Gordon University, a SME and most recently in NHS Scotland. She enjoys working with others to deliver on projects and on novel solutions that meet business needs.
