As National Superuser Tom's main role is to support the integrity, maintenance and improvement of ‘myjobscotland.gov.uk'. This includes helping develop a responsive and proactive support service and as part of this to provide a regular point of contact for council superusers. Some of his tasks include maintaining user access levels, developing regular and ad hoc management information reports, investigating/resolving issues, liaising with 3rd party support and transferring knowledge to the council superusers.
