The IS' Senior Business Analyst spent time with Aberdeen City Council's IT and transformation team to help identify areas needing support.
The IS worked with East Renfrewshire Council's Environment Department to identify ways of modernising and increasing the efficiency of its waste services.
The IS worked with Fife Council on the creation of the Local Government Reference Architecture, a national overview of IT services and applications delivered by councils to citizens and customers.
The IS worked with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland on modernising an outdated and inefficient expense claiming system.
