The IS' change management team visited Wigan Council in June to find out more about how it has been changing the way it works with customers, communities and partners.
The team heard about 'The Deal' and the 'Be Wigan Experience' from the council's leadership team. A copy of the presentation, photos and the running order of the day are available online.
Wigan Council has also agreed to host a future webinar, giving Scottish councils the opportunity to find out more about the Deal and ask questions. Keep visiting the Change Manager's Network on Knowledge Hub or sign up to the newsletter to get insights, team announcements, future webinar dates and more.
