The IS Change Management team held a Change Manager’s Networking Event in Glasgow in June.
The event provided a great opportunity for colleagues across councils to network, participate in discussions and learn about change projects and programmes across the country as well as to participate in interactive sessions on useful tools such as a benefits realisation tracker. The event included key note speeches from Katie Kelly, East Ayrshire Council, Amanda Roe, Aberdeenshire Council and Jamie Reid, East Renfrewshire Council.
Further information, on the support the Change Management Team provides can be found on our change management pages.
We are keen to keep the conversations going so watch this space for our next event, coming this winter.
