Communities of Practice are networks of people with common problems or interests who get together to identify common solutions and share knowledge and ideas.
Through a partnership with the IDeA, we provide a free online platform and guidance to support communities of practice in areas relevant to local government improvement. Join in at http://communities.idea.gov.uk or find out more.

Spotlight - PSIF Community
The Public Service Improvement Framework is a self-evaluation model for Scottish public bodies which incorporates EFQM, Investors in People and Customer Service Excellence. This community is for officers involved with PSIF in their organisations to share best practice and support each other through implementation. We meet online and at bi-monthly events to tackle together the common challenges we face in ensuring that robust self-evaluation results in improved service delivery.
