I'm about to attend EFQM Assessor Training and then take part in the piloting of the Public Service Improvement Framework. Has anyone had any practical experience of applying the EFQM to a Community Planning Partnership or in a community planning context? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I think that West Lothian uses the EFQM model in the CPP - the coordinator there would be able to tell you more - Susan McKillop on 01506 774035. Dorothy
