We're looking at reviewing the way we procure and commission work under Community Planning, anticipating that there will be some form of regeneration monies post March 2008. Does anyone have a Community Planning commissioning or procurement framework, centring around getting projects/services to bid for pieces of work, that they'd be willing to share as part of our research?

You might want to have a search on the Scottish Government's website on the subject 'Hub Initiative'. This is a new initiative aimed at improving efficiency in the procurement of community based facilities - more specifically co-located facilities.
