The key objective of the CPD Framework for Elected Members in Scottish Local Government is to provide Elected Members with professional and personal development opportunities that will enable them to enhance their effectiveness as an Elected Member.Learning materials can be accessed by Elected Members in Councils that have adopted the CPD Framework. To access the resource library you will need to enter the password which was previously emailed to you by the Improvement Service.
