- Following the launch event, email all Elected Members and ask them to confirm whether they wish to participate in the CPD Framework and, if so, whether they wish to complete the Development Profile on a self-assessment or 360 degree feedback basis.
- For those that wish to participate in 360 degree feedback, email them the 360 Degree Feedback: Reviewers’ contact details form (MS Word format) and ask them to nominate between four and six individuals – people they have regular dealings with in a work environment – to provide feedback. It is critical that you remind the Elected Member that they should speak to the individuals they are nominating to ensure that they are happy to provide feedback. If the Elected Member identifies less than four individuals, advise them that they have insufficient reviewers to participate in 360 degree feedback and that unless they can identify further reviewers, they will need to complete the Development Profile on a self-assessment basis.
