- Prior to issuing the Development Profiles to the Elected Members and to the 360 degree reviewers, e-mail them to alert them that they will be shortly be receiving an email with a link to the Development Profile. If you email the reviewers together in one email, please remember to blind copy them into the email as at no point should the reviewers find out who else is providing 360 degree feedback for the Elected Member. The reviewers’ anonymity must be maintained at all times.
- Issue the Development Profile to the Elected Members and the 360 degree reviewers.
- The Elected Members and reviewers have three weeks to complete the Development Profile. At the end of the second week, issue an automatic reminder from the system to those that have not yet completed the Development Profile. At the end of the third week, email those that have not yet completed the Development Profile and advise them that you have given them a further one week extension.
- Once the additional one-week extension has passed, notify Elected Members who have not completed their Development Profile that they are no longer participating in the CPD Framework.
- If less than four reviewers completed the Development Profile of an Elected Member participating in 360 degree feedback, contact the Elected Member and advise them that insufficient reviewers completed the Development Profile and subsequently, the Development Profile report that they will receive will only capture the Elected Member’s ratings.
- The online Development Profile reflects the 14 political skills and 73 behaviours in The CPD Framework. As Elected Members and reviewers are completing the Development Profile, they will be able to access Guidance on the CPD Framework behaviours which will pop up as prompts against each behaviour.
