Step 5 - Issue development profile reports

  • Once the deadline for completing the Development Profile has passed (this would be the three weeks plus the additional week extension), email each Elected Member their Development Profile report.

  • Unless an Elected Member has contacted you to say that they do not wish their Development Profile report to be shared with the Officer(s) facilitating their Personal Development Planning (PDP) meeting, email a copy of the report to the Officer(s) facilitating the PDP meeting.
