The project saw the replacement of almost one million National Entitlement Cards over the course of a few months ahead of their expiration on 31 December 2016.
Using Data Hub, the Improvement Service’s free address validation service, organisations were able to identify the most accurate and up-to-date address and person records for their customers. This ensured that new cards were sent to the right address without having to manually verify details.
