In June 2018 the Improvement Service hosted its first Change Manager's Networking Event.
The Improvement Service listened to those who attended the event and found that individuals and organisations were looking for support with change and transformation, particularly around service redesign, leadership, culture, people, empowerment and data.
As a result of this feedback and the success of the first event, the Improvement Service will be hosting a second event on Tuesday, 4 December 2018 in Glasgow.
The team have created an engaging programme for the day.
The launch of the Transformation Programme by Interim Chief Executive, Sarah Gadsden, will be aimed at supporting councils and their partners as they continue to rethink and re-imagine their services.
We expect it to be an interactive day which will have relevant speakers, breakout sessions to learn more on specific topic areas, as well as networking opportunities.
It is hoped this joint approach will facilitate the sharing of skills, capacity, knowledge, expertise and support economies of scale.
