Joint statement from the PSIF partnership and the Scottish Library and Information  Council regarding the common objectives for the Public Service Improvement Framework and the Public Library Quality Improvement Matrix in their support for planning and delivering service improvements within Scottish councils. The statement explains how the shared values around how these frameworks actively contribute to improving the quality of life for citizens and communities across Scotland, and therefore support the commitments outlined within the Concordat, and the principles endorsed through Single Outcome Agreements.
Mark McAteer, Director of Governance and Performance, Improvement Service outlined what support is available and how to proceed with PSIF Phase Two for delegates attending the PSIF Event 19th March 2008.
Dave Bradley, Chief Operating Officer for Quality Scotland outlined some support and information which can be provided from Quality Scotland for delegates at the PSIF Event on 19th March 2008.
