ABC Benchmarking Partnership
The ABC Partnership aims to facilitate service improvement by sharing and comparing data, processes and innovative
solutions, in a structured manner. Formed in 1997 in response to the emerging challenges of Best Value, the partnership provides a structure for conducting and encouraging benchmarking.

Scottish Members' Services Development Network
The group provides support to all Members' Support Services staff within Scotland's 32 local authorities. It shares information and best practice, facilitates benchmarking of Elected Members' support, training and development, and takes a consultative role in issues relating to these areas.
