The Priorities and Risks Framework (PRF) summarises the key national priorities and risks which face Local Government in the coming year. Auditors use the PRF in planning audits and deciding how to target their audit work. This year's PRF includes Community Planning and partnership working as a key priority and risk that councils need to manage, under the heading of Governance and Performance Management. The Framework can be found at: http://www.audit-scotland.gov.uk/utilities/search_report.php?id=565
