Almost 100 delegates from 24 local authorities attended the Elected Members Caseload Management Knowledge Sharing Event on 2 November 2007. The event was an opportunity to hear the key findings and lessons learned from the caseload management system pilot, hear from practitioners using caseload management systems within their councils and see demonstrations of four separate solutions.
