The IS ran a well-received one-day event for practitioners who work with inter-organisational groups in November. Using tools and techniques designed to help collaboration and boost understanding amongst group members, the participants were able to take practical experience back. A summary of the day, which illustrates the techniques used and provides a list of the outputs is available to download from this site. Supporting documentation including the agenda and a presentation are also available. A further tools and techniques session will be run in February 2008.
