The first National CRM Project Update has been published.
This regular update will provide a flavour of what is happening in each of the councils taking forward Lagan Frontline CRM implementations.
The November 2007 update includes progress reports from Aberdeen City, Inverclyde, Perth & Kinross, Scottish Borders and West Lothian Councils. It also features news of Scottish User Group meetings and national events.
