The Improvement Service is collecting details about research and analytical activity undertaken by Scottish local government.
The aim is to produce a regular bulletin on research and analytical activity to provide those working in policy, research and analysis with details of research in other councils; improving awareness of work undertaken throughout Scotland and supporting the sharing of good practice. Therefore, if you work in local government research or analysis, and have not already done so, I would appreciate it if you EITHER send me details of major pieces of your research/analytical work (research briefs, publications, research plans etc) OR complete the attached template based on major pieces of research and analytical activity that you are aware of in your council.
