Improvement Service

The Programme recently achieved the first milestone with a practitioners National Data Comparison day that was held in Glasgow on April 8. The day followed the deliverable on April 4 of the first cut of data from the majority of councils.  The event was well attended and prompted wide ranging discussions on data comparison and Leading Practice Principles.

April will see various updates to the National Data as councils complete their data gathering. There is also significant work being done on the next stage of the process with a number of councils commencing workshops on the gap Analysis.

The Diagnostic Pathway Team are currently working towards the national practitioners day at Murrayfield on Wednesday May 14, and assisting local authorities as they approach the Gap Analysis in preparation of the next deliverable at the end of June.
