The Improvement Service is delighted to announce that we have recently entered into an agreement with the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) for use of the Communities of Practice (CoP) platform which they have developed. This means that we can now offer an improved collaboration platform for people working in Scottish Councils and their partners.
The new partnership with the IDeA allows us to offer a faster, more robust and more comprehensive service to you. Along with the usual features such as document library, events calendar and discussion forum, the new features available include easy group membership management and control, blogs, wikis, RSS feeds and user-generated content tagging.
