As a follow up from the Lagan Capgemini Partnership launch event, the partnership is offering Scottish local authorities a CRM Health check to help them understand progress and identify the critical next steps to achieve identified opportunities and improve quality of customer service delivery while realising efficiency improvements.
The objectives of the CRM Health check are to:
- Identify key challenges local councils face in realising benefit from the implementation of CRM
- Provide clarity of how other initiatives impact CRM activities and context within the overall Scottish Government context (Diagnostic Toolkit, etc)
- Validate and understand current position of the CRM programme for the specific local authority - highlight best practice and opportunities
- Provide a high level assessment of services most impacted/benefited by CRM programme
- Provide a prioritised recommendation of next steps to allow Local Authorities to realise opportunities within their specific resource, time and financial constraints.
If you would like to receive any further information or to clarify any of the aspects of the partnership, please contact Hilary Horton, National CRM Co-ordinator in the first instance on 01506 775558.
