West Lothian Council went fully live with the Lagan replacement for its previous CRM system on 2 June 2008, as part of the National CRM project.
The implementation has been a huge project encompassing over 110 service lines across 10 service areas with deep integration to existing back office systems as well as loading case history from the previous system.
The Council is now planning its next phase after a brief period of consolidation.
