Improvement Service

The Diagnostic Pathway has been progressing well. Collaborative workshop sessions were held throughout September and October based on opportunity themes and business cases that have come out of the diagnostic. These workshops provided an opportunity for councils to share their experiences and explore common issues.

Moving forward from the workshops, the IS project team has been encouraging local authorities to identify current initiatives and highlight opportunity areas in order that others can learn from them and see what other councils are doing. This will assist in recognising potential synergies and possible areas for collaboration as the councils enter the design phase of the business improvement projects.
