The latest edition of the Customer First newsletter has been published.

The newsletter contains updates on all the projects under the Customer First programme including the National Entitlement Card, OneScotland Gazetteer, Customer Service Professional qualifications, National Personal License Database, the National CRM Project and the Customer Satisfaction and Experience project.
