The inspirational DVD that the IS, Dumfries and Galloway, Argyll and Bute and Moray Councils have collaborated to produce is now being finalised. The film will deliver an inspirational overview module along with four short modules as a future vision of how different council workers and members of the public have been engaged with and experienced improved level of service as a result of future transformations. The overview module has been titled 'Bringing Change to Life'.
Aberdeenshire Council has also contributed to creating additional scenes on the change ‘journey’. These scenes are generic enough for use by any Scottish council and will be available in due course.
The pre-production and filming took place as planned and we are now in the final stages of editing. The deliverable of the final versions, for the collaborating councils, has been signed off and will be available on the 28th August. Although the schedule to deliver was very tight those key to the project have worked hard to ensure we have been able to deliver what we feel is a quality production. I-Motus, the production company appointed to produce the films, with their experience of working with public sector communication media has been invaluable in maintaining production values across the films and ensuring they engage the target audience.
