Just announced yesterday is a LARCI fellowship programme-
"The LARCI Placement Fellowship Scheme encourages local authorities to put forward projects with which they require access to expertise. It then offers an opportunity either for academic researchers to work within the local authority, or conversely for a local authority colleague to work within a university to gain and share relevant knowledge."
