Improvement Service

In January and February 2009, the Improvement Service consulted with all Scottish local authorities and relevant national public bodies on a draft National Elected Member Development Strategy for Scottish Local Government. Twenty one responses were received and overall, the response to the draft strategy has been highly positive. A summary report of the consultation findings will shortly be available on our website.
