The series will explore in depth the key issues and challenges confronting local government. Five interconnected modules will be led by the IS team and each will operate on an interactive basis with participants. Participants are encouraged to attend the full series, although continual attendance is not compulsory.
The modules are:
- The changing context of local government
- Taking Single Outcome Agreements forward
- Taking joint ventures and partnerships forward
- Taking organisational change forward
- Taking continuous professional development for elected members forward
