A briefing note on Single Outcome Agreements has been provided to all Scottish councillors by the Improvement Service.
The briefing note covers what they are, why they matter, and what they mean for elected members. It also identifies questions that councillors can consider when applying their local knowledge or providing leadership to the development of the SOA for their Council's area.
The briefing note is the first in a series designed to help elected members keep apace with key issues affecting local government. A copy of Elected Member Briefing Note No. 1: Single Outcome Agreements can be downloaded from this website.
