Local authorities are crucial partners in helping the Government deliver economic recovery, John Swinney has said.
Speaking at a conference, The Concordat: One Year On, Mr Swinney said, "This Government has put in place an economic recovery programme and with our local government and public sector partners we are working to deliver that recovery. Local authorities are at the coal face of making sure we help local businesses and households weather the current difficulties and emerge stronger than before."
