The final report of the Efficiency and Reform Fund has been published on the Scottish Government website. The report summarises the achievements of the projects that received funding.

The Efficiency and Reform Fund was created in April 2006 to provide resources to accelerate significant programmes of work that could lead to increased efficiencies, reform and productivity in the public services in Scotland.

Among the local government projects featured in the report are several involving the Improvement Service, including Customer First, the local government recruitment portal, www.myjobscotland.gov.uk, and the Diagnostic Pathway.
