Half of Scottish councils adopt Lagan CRM

Renfrewshire council has indicated its intention to adopt Lagan's Enterprise Case Management (ECM) as a key component of its newly approved Customer Services Strategy. This means that half of all Scottish councils have now taken advantage of the National Framework Agreement developed by the Improvement Service in partnership with Scottish local government as part of the National CRM project.
