South Lanarkshire and Falkirk Council have joined the PSIF (Public Service Improvement Framework) Partnership with effect from June 2009. This brings the number of participating councils to 19 within a wider partnership of 26.
The Public Service Improvement Framework is a self-assessment framework which encourages organisations to conduct a comprehensive review of their own activities and results.
