A new course for facilitators of communities of practice (CoP) is being offered by the Improvement Service in partnership with the IDeA.
Delegates at this lively and interactive course will learn what a CoP is and what the benefits are for those involved. It will also help facilitators think about and plan their role in running a successful community.
